Bare Core
Barecore is used for the core of Block board. We using Indonesian sustainable registered legal wood as the material of our barecore.
Panel/ Lumber Core / Barecore is butt jointed stave cores of small sticks of woods to make a more stable and strong panel.
It is normally used for the core of blockboard.

Wooden CORE : Albasia falcata, Rubber, Balsa, Meranti, Pine wood or by request.
GLUE: WBP , MR , others on request
EMISSION CLASS: E1 / E0 on request
THICKNESS: 25 mm – 50 mm.

MOISTURE CONTENT: 8 – 12 %
THICKNESS TOLERANCE: + 0,2 mm and – 0,4 mm
WIDTH AND LENGTH TOLERANCE: ± 5 mm / m, ± 2 mm / m
SQUARENESS TOLERANCE: 1 mm / m
CERTIFICATION: PEFC controlled sources / 100% PEFC
USE: doors, furniture, kabinets and door frames, table tops, Etc
We also produce glued timber blocks to make door core.
